These terms govern your use of https://hazelproduction.us. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.

These terms are about visiting this website. They are not the contract for a production. Any work we do for you is covered by a separate written agreement, and where that agreement and this page disagree, the agreement wins.

This site is operated by Hazel Production LLC, a creative production company providing photography, videography, content and campaign work, based at 11281 Braddock Dr, Culver City, CA 90230, and also operating from Istanbul, Turkey. Reach us at info@hazelproduction.us.

03Other terms that apply

Our Privacy Policy explains what we do with personal data. Our Cookie Policy lists every cookie this site can set. Both form part of these terms.

04Changes

We may amend these terms. The date at the top tells you when they were last reviewed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it. We may also change the site itself — adding, altering or removing pages and features — as the business changes.

05Availability

The site is free to use. We do not promise it will always be available or uninterrupted, and we may suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice for business or operational reasons. If you give other people access through your own connection, please make sure they know about these terms.

06Our work, and what you may do with it

Everything on this site — the films, the photographs, the design, the writing and the code — belongs to us or to the people who licensed it to us, and is protected by copyright. All rights are reserved.

You may view the site, and print or download extracts for your own personal, non-commercial reference. You may not alter anything you copy, use it commercially, or reuse it in your own work without a licence from us. If you do, your right to use the site ends immediately.

Some of the work shown was produced for clients and features their brands and premises; some of it is published on their own channels. Their rights are theirs, not ours to give away.

The Hazel Production name and logo are our trademarks. Please do not use them without our approval.

07Linking to us

You are welcome to link to any page on this site, as long as you do it fairly and legally, and not in a way that damages our reputation or implies an association or endorsement that does not exist. Do not frame our pages inside another site. We may withdraw permission to link at any time.

08Links out

Where we link to other websites, including our clients' channels and our own social profiles, those links are for your information. We do not control what is on them and we are not responsible for it.

09Relying on what you read here

The content of this site is general information about our work. It is not professional advice, and it is not an offer or a quotation. We make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is complete or current, and pricing, availability and scope are always confirmed in writing before any work begins.

10Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not permit us to limit.

11Security

We take reasonable care, but we cannot guarantee that this site is free of bugs or viruses, and you are responsible for your own device and security software. Please do not knowingly introduce anything harmful, attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its servers, or attack it. Doing so may be a criminal offence, and we would report it.

12Governing law

These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from your use of this site, are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. You and we agree that the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California have exclusive jurisdiction, wherever in the world you are using the site from.

13General

We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another organisation, without affecting your rights. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. If we do not insist that you do something these terms require, that does not mean we have given up the right to insist later.
